There are times when I feel creatively lost, blocked, frustrated, or uninspired. It’s normal but at the same time, I feel like I am going mad when it happens! This past week it came up for me, and so I ventured out of the office to ignite the fire of creativity back into my life!

My latest shopping trip consisted of, Satine Boutique to view Isabel Marant’s fall shoe and apparel collection. It’s insanely amazing, and will show you later my newest addition. Kelly Wearstler’s store also had some gorgeous goodies. Every time I stop by her store, I am amazed of all the wonderful little details that make her clothes so special. I also checked out A.P.C.  Surprisingly they had a lovely collaboration with Vanessa Seward that was colorful, glittery, but kept the preppy and quirkiness of the brand.   Lastly, I swung by my favorite newsstand next to Kings Road Cafe on Beverly Blvd to stock up on the latest glossy’s.

Lately, I have been fascinated with Asian blogs and magazines. I love seeing what people from the far east are wearing, how they put looks together, what inspires them, what products they love, and how each country markets products.

A few of the glossy purchases consisted of  Vogue India and Vogue Japan . I wanted to show you some editorials I  found quite inspiring. I am patiently awaiting Vogue China’s arrival to the newsstands! Hope you enjoy and have a lovely week!

What I enjoyed most about Vogue India was reading about Indian designers and creatives. I also thought the products and style were very different than most countries. The editorials are not as dramatic and cool but the reading and fashion is pretty good.

Vogue Japan is so fun and cool to look thru. I wish I could read Japanese but the pages say enough. It definitely was worth $30.
